Shipping Policy

All Lake Print Co products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is made to order, so your delivery time has two parts: production time, then shipping time.

Production time

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to produce before they ship. Production time varies by product. Holidays and high order volumes may add time.

Delivery estimates

After your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. These are estimates, not guarantees.

United States | estimated delivery: within 1-8 business days after order is shipped

Where we ship

We currently only ship within the United States. We can't ship to PO boxes due to the size of the frames/posters we sell.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. 

Tracking and multiple items

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may be produced at different locations and arrive in separate packages, on different days.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens in that case.

Delays

If we expect your order to ship later than our stated production time, we'll notify you by email and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement, or your package hasn't arrived 7–10 business days after the estimated delivery date, email lakeprintcollc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund. If your order arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.
